Otto Associates is a Consulting Civil Engineering and Land Surveying company that brings with it over 25 years of practice throughout the metro area and out-state Minnesota. Founded in 1980 by Land Surveyor, Edward J. Otto (President), Otto Associates has grown steadily, attracting a motivated, talented, and dedicated staff. We specialize in residential and commercial land development within the Counties of Carver, Hennepin, McLeod, Meeker, Sherburne, Scott, and Wright.

We provide a variety of services, including civil engineering, surveying, and septic design. Our land surveyors, civil engineers, and technicians utilize up-to-date computer software including AutoCAD, Eagle Point, and HydroCAD.

Our experienced field crews are equipped with state of the art surveying instruments including global positioning systems (GPS), total stations, data collectors, radios, and hand held computers. The office software interfaces with our highly sophisticated surveying instruments to provide efficient, accurate, and cost effective product for our clients.
