| Riviera Amapas is the perfect get-away if you are looking for a quiet, worry-free, comfortable vacation. the secluded beach protects you from the numerous beach vendors near the resorts, and with only 24 units, there is ample space in the pool and deck area for relaxation. The pool is located on the ground level, directly beneath our unit. However, if you would like to participate in the beach/vendor atmosphere, it is only a short beautiful walk down the beach to the more populated condominiums. |  |

Amapas #22 is a top floor/corner/penthouse unit which comfortably sleeps four people. There are two bedrooms, two large baths, living room, dining room, kitchen and patio deck. It is equipped with stereo/CD, satellite television and VCR. All utensils and linens and bath towels are provided. Maid service is provided daily except Sundays and holidays. |
| The beach is a secluded sand beach fifty yards wide, five yards from the pool entrance. There are large rock formations on either side of the beach, providing safety from currents and storms. The formation also guarantees clear, safe water for snorkeling and swimming. Many people fish from these formations. |  |
